Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients respect our time and business by providing advance notice for appointment changes.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows (failure to arrive for your appointment without notice) or cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total.
• Fees will be charged to the card on file. If there is not a card on file, you may pay through an invoice.
• Appointments are not considered canceled until you receive confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to waive any cancellation or no-show fees at our discretion.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of service.
